Started focusing on 10k or 6 mile distance as over the coming weeks I have a few 10k races coming up. Its not a distance I am particularly suited too but I do like how it is longer than a 5k but nothing extreme like a marathon.
This session was just to try and stretch the legs and had a warm up in 1k then building up through the other 9km to race speed.
