Todays short and sweet build up session was over 3 miles. Just started out at my comfortable running tempo with no real effort involved however, still keeping my positioning and body shape in the correct position. After the first kilometre I started to pick up until reaching race pace. After final km I brought it back down to comfortable running again.
I am focused at trying to keep my week fairly sensible with another race this weekend and I am wanting to have fresh legs for it.
