Its been a while since I have posted anything. I have recently finished up university, moved back home for summer, been away on an amazing holiday and have been training and racing week in and week out.
After a few weeks of job after job I've managed to find some time to be able to get back to writing about my experiences and advice for other runners.
Thanks to everyone for being patience with me and I will be back soon with some new posts.
